All Hot Air Balloon Flights are sold subject to the following conditions:
1: The person whose name is on the contract will be considered as the group's leader and therefore accepts these terms and conditions behalf and for all of the persons named on, added or substituted to the booking form.
2: All prices shown are current at the time of the website being put online. Information given here is based on the latest information available. We reserve the right to change any of the itineraries, services, facilities, prices or vehicles described, without being liable for any compensation or refund.
Confirmation Policy
3: Ballooning or Tour Bookings can only be confirmed when deposit or the full payment has been received by CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS A deposit can vary, depending on the type of tour, from 20% to 40% of the total price
Refund Policy 4: Clients wishing to cancel one of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:
4A) 30 days or more notice for tours: CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS will accept cancellation. If you have made full payment, we will refund 70%, if you have paid deposit only no refund.
4B) 29 days or less notice for any booking: no refund.
Weather Cancellation / Delays
5: If weather does not permit, flights may be delayed until the following morning, therefore we suggest you book your flight to your first morning available so you wont miss out. If you are unable to undertake the flight a full refund is payable.
6: Prices includes insurances for all hot air balloon flights.
7: The responsibility of CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS and/or its agents is limited. CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS can accept no responsibilities for any delay or change in schedule, breakdown in machinery or equipment, strikes, theft, baggage loss/damage, or injury arising through war or terrorist activities (threatened or actual), weather conditions or any matter related hereto. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the client.
8: We reserve the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary or the carrier utilized. The prices advertised are subject to change due to price increases resulting from gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.
9: In case of a breakdown of the equipment, CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS and/or its agents have got 24 hours to resolve the problem by repairing the or by replacing it by another. No refund of any kind will be made in this respect.
10: CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, at its sole discretion, at any time before the flight any tour member as a participant in the trip when not compatible with the general enjoyment and well-being of other members on the trip. No refund will be made in this respect.
11: In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction, clients must bring the complaint(s) to the attention of CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS head office in Fethiye.
12: Passenger Responsibility: it is the passengers responsibility to advise CAPPADOCIA BALLOON BOOKINGS of any special requirements that they may have.
13: If a client fails to join a flight no refund can be made.
14: The information as stated on this website is correct to the best of our belief.
